What ProcureTrace is provided for, and what you remain responsible for. Where a signed agreement exists between your organization and ProcureTrace, that agreement prevails.
ProcureTrace is provided for reviewing procurement documentation you are authorized to upload. Findings are decision support for your review, not legal, audit, or accounting advice; you remain responsible for conclusions and decisions. You agree to upload only documents you are authorized to share, redacted where your policies require, and not to attempt to access another customer's data or to disrupt the service. Accounts that breach these terms may be disabled. The service is provided as-is, without warranty; where a signed pilot or service agreement exists, its terms — including any liability provisions — prevail over this page.
